48M 2 Deck Roller Veneer Dryer Machine
Shine 2 deck veneer dryer has merits of high-efficiency and saving-energy. Our roller veneer dryer with biomass burner is the most advanced veneer drying machine. Use waste wood as the fuel, energy is saved with no coal, electricity or gas is involved. The composite cost is only about USD 6-12/per cubic meter. With frequency conversion control, Shine 48m 2deck veneer dryer can adjust the speed and temperature automatically. Veneer dryers machine is continuous feeding and drying, so the efficient is very high and save labor cost mostly. Shine 48m 2deck dryer are composed of 44m heating section and 4m cooling section, which can dry veneer from 0.6-8mm and the capacity can achieve 70-75m³ every day.

48M 2 Deck Roller Veneer Dryer Machine Advantages
1. High temperature roller drum directly contact with wet veneer for heat transfer, so the heat efficiency is high, heat loss is reduced. The veneer after drying has uniform moisture content, flat without buckle or end waviness and the surface is in good condition for gluing.
