This veneer dryer adopts automatic electrical control and frequency conversion control. It can automatically regulate conveying speed and operating temperature based on veneer thickness and moisture level, so as to obtain the optimal drying effect for various specifications of veneers.
Equipped with automatic feeding and finished veneer collection devices, the equipment can significantly boost production efficiency and achieve substantial labor cost savings.

Shine's roller veneer dryer is specially engineered to dry core veneers with thickness ranging from 0.8 mm to 8 mm, perfectly matching the processing demands of plywood and veneer production lines.

It adopts an advanced multi-stage heat exchange structure, which delivers excellent heat transfer efficiency and greatly reduces heat loss, ensuring uniform heating across every sheet of veneer and effectively preventing warping, cracking and uneven drying caused by traditional open-air sun drying.

The machine supports flexible heating solutions: steam boiler, thermal oil heater and biomass burner are all available for selection. Using a biomass burner can maximize fuel cost savings and lower long-term operational expenditure.

When heated by the biomass burner, the overall comprehensive drying cost of this roller dryer is as low as around USD 10 per cubic meter, covering all expenses including labor, fuel and electricity consumption.

1. The biomass burner, a patented product independently developed by our company, can directly use crushed wood waste as fuel to provide a heat source for the dryer, which is energy-saving and environmentally friendly, and greatly reduces the drying cost.
