Veneer Roller Dryer 40m One Deck Runs on Biomass Burner
The single deck 40m veneer roller dryer running on Biomass Burner has the capacity of 1.5m3/h. The heating section is 36m divided into 9 sections and cooling section 4m one section. The biomass burner is the patented product and it can burn waste wood directly to heat air and supply to the dryer. The composite drying cost is only USD 6-11/m3.      

Product Description


The biomass veneer roller dryer has the biggest feature of lowest production cost in drying one cubic meter green veneer, namely USD 6-11/m3 including the cost of labor, fuel and electricity. The biomass burner works as the heat source whose function is like steam boiler or thermal oil boiler. But the biomass burner can burn waste wood, tree barks, waste veneer from veneer peeling machine or slicer directly to heat air and supplying to the dryer instead of indirect heating of water or oil. The temperature supplied from biomass burner to the veneer roller dryer is 140-180℃ which is adjustable according to the veneer thickness and moisture content. Typically the biomass veneer roller dryer is divided into feeding section, heating or drying section, cooling section and discharging section.
